我们今天活动的主题是强调睡眠的重要性。学生们将各自起床时间和睡觉时间以数轴的形式标注出来,他们各抒己见,认为好的睡眠是第二天精力充沛的保证,并提出了喝牛奶、听轻音乐、睡觉前做舒缓的运动等助睡眠的好方法。

Grades 7, 9,10, 11 and 12 gathered data on their sleeping habits, and then engaged in dialogue about their sleeping habits. Students were asked about the problems sleeping may cause, the impact lack of sleep could have on their performance at school, and how being tired affects the learning environments.
