Interactive Book Review Project

Interactive Book Review Project

My English B students in 7th-10th grade have begun a book review project and are joining with Mr. Rafael’s 6th grade and the library to develop a wall of book reviews for all students to use and contribute to.
As students complete a book and write a review, it will be added to our blog and assigned a QR code that will hang in the library. Now if you aren’t sure whether or not you want to read a book, you can check with our in-house experts (your peers!) to find out what other people had to say about the story.  Teachers and students in all grades are invited to write a short review of books they read throughout the year and send them to me (Ms. Michelle) to be included in this living collection. Or, if a review already exists for the book, we ask that you take a moment and add a response to the blog post for that book to add your opinion.
Our goal is to keep this project going and fill a wall at our new Baishan Library! We need EC, PYP, MYP, DP students, and teachers to share their voices and help create this interactive resource for all. Don’t forget, the dinosaurs didn’t read and now they are extinct. Read a book! It could save your life. Then add your review to the collection!
See me (Ms. Michelle) for more details!

You can read the first reviews here!
