In Grade 10 Language Acquisition Chinese class, our current unit is You Believe What. Students investigated the chopsticks cultures of China, Korea and Japan. Students learned how to master their skills by picking up different items with chopsticks. They further learned the similarities and differences between cultures that use chopsticks.
